BUYING SERVICE

If you have an item of luxury clothing or a handbag that you find you no longer have a use for, why not think of reselling to us at GOOD? We have made our buying service as easy and as straightforward as we can, so you have a hassle-free experience. There are a few essential steps to help and protect everyone involved and ensure both parties are happy, so if it’s a service you think you would be interested in using, please follow these steps:

Start by sending us some good-quality images of what you would like to sell to hello@goodlondon.co.uk. We’ll need at least a front and back image and an image of the brand label. Additionally, it is important to clearly depict any defects or stains the item may have. Our brand directory lists the brands we look to buy.
Our buying team will get back to you within one to four days with a quote if we would like to proceed with the purchase.
Once a price is agreed, we will book an appointment for you at our Kensington shop. This is so we can complete a condition check and any required authentication checks. We use a trusted independent authenticity checker for all our high-value accessories and some clothing.
When all of that is satisfactorily completed, we will make the payment to you.

ABOUT US

GOOD was founded in 2020 by friends David Brinson and Victoria Houston. They shared a goal to create a new shopping experience for pre-loved luxury and vintage fashion.

With a combined 40 years of retail expertise, their aim was to elevate commercial and customer service standards in a marketplace where that often fell short. Their vision was to attract a broader audience, beyond the dedicated pre-loved fashion enthusiasts, by encouraging new customers to embrace sustainable shopping through beautifully curated, hand-picked collections in stores with genuine kerb appeal. They also hoped to be able to share their passion for beautiful garments made from high-quality materials that celebrate good tailoring and original design.

They are very proud to predominantly be a brick-and-mortar business and enjoy creating environments where customers can touch, feel and try some of their unique finds, whilst having the opportunity to ask as many questions as they’d like. GOOD aims to offer truly desirable luxury pieces at more attainable prices so a broader community of fashion lovers can find their luxury fix.
